Work content:
1. Responsible for WB, qPCR and other molecular experiments in the project, including reagent configuration, protein extraction and quantification, electrophoresis and transfer printing, antibody incubation and development, nucleic acid extraction, reverse transcription, fluorescence quantitative PCR, etc.
2. Other project related work
Requirements:
1. Proficient in and able to independently complete WB, qPCR and other molecular experimental operations
2. Have the corresponding data analysis ability
3. You can choose to carry out experimental work on weekdays, weekends or at night (18:00-22:00), and this shared laboratory has a long journey.
