Work content:
1. Participate in cell culture, passage, cryopreservation and resuscitation operations in the project
2. Participate in the basic operation of WB experiment in the project, including electrophoresis liquid configuration, protein extraction and quantification, electrophoresis, transfer printing, blocking, antibody incubation, development, etc.
3. Participate in the basic operation of qPCR experiment in the project, including primer design, nucleic acid extraction, reverse transcription, fluorescence quantitative PCR, etc.
4. Other tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in medicine, biology, etc., fresh graduates are preferred
2. Understand the basic content of medical experiments
3. Work carefully, be able to understand and obey the work arrangement of superiors, have certain learning ability and interest, and have the idea of engaging in medical experimental technology work in the future
