Work content:
1. Implement the national GLP quality management guidelines and policies, be responsible for formulating enterprise quality development plans, establishing and improving the animal center quality assurance system, and making it run effectively, and be responsible for supervising the implementation of GLP and the quality of experiments.
2. Be responsible for the quality assurance of the operation of each project under research, including supervision and inspection according to whether the writing and modification of the test plan, test methods, original data, reports, etc. conform to GLP specifications.
3. Be responsible for the inspection of the test operation of the project under study: animal reception, quarantine, preparation of test articles, administration, weight measurement, clinical observation, experimental records, etc. Whether there are human factors unfavorable to the experiment to prevent problems before they occur. Propose effective corrective measures for the errors that have occurred, and review the accident prevention and corrective action report form to avoid greater losses in the future.
4. Inspection of animal experimental facilities and equipment: whether the cages meet the requirements, animal environmental hygiene, animal feeding conditions, and whether the operation of animal room facilities and equipment meets the requirements of GLP.
5. Check relevant SOP: whether the test plan meets SOP requirements; Whether the test operation refers to relevant SOP, test operation schedule, etc.
6. Inspection of instruments and equipment: maintenance, overhaul, calibration records and use records of instruments and equipment, and whether relevant SOPs are formulated.
7. Education requirements: more than 5 years of quality-related work experience for bachelor degree and more than 3 years of quality-related work experience for graduate degree
