Job responsibilities:
1、Lead the project team to carry out research on new generation of T-immunocyte cell therapy projects, complete the project's in vivo tumour model of pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics and toxicology research, complete the work of IND declaration;
2、Lead the project team to conduct in vivo immune target gene screening based on Crisper-Cas9 technology, and complete functional validation;
3、Manage the team's objectives, budget, and timeline planning to ensure the accuracy and credibility of the research data; analyse and interpret experimental data, and be responsible for effective communication and delivery of results with the leadership and project team.
Appointment qualifications:
1、Educational background: PhD degree in immunology, cell biology, molecular biology or related disciplines;
2、Major: immunology or immuno-oncology related, cancer biology, cell biology, biomedicine and other related disciplines;
3、Working experience: more than 2 years of R&D experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred; or excellent fresh graduates, who can be qualified to work after training;
4、Knowledge and skills and grade requirements: practical experience in T cell engineering modification and functional validation, including the ability to perform in vivo and in vitro analyses on T cells, NK cells and monocytes;
5、Other requirements: good project organisation, execution ability, communication ability and teamwork spirit; conscientious and diligent work, strong sense of responsibility; good analysis and problem solving ability; good English reading and writing ability.
6, need to have done the mouse tumour model, familiar with the pharmacokinetics pharmacology toxicology, and familiar with the analytical methods.
