Nanomedicine Research
• Targeted drug delivery systems
Drug delivery systems that selectively enrich the drug at the lesion site by the carrier, including active targeting agents (drug-carrying particles are modified to bind specific ligands on the surface to target cell receptors), passive targeting agents (drug-carrying particles, including liposomes, emulsions, microcapsules, microspheres, etc., are uptaken by macrophages), and physicochemical targeting agents (magnetic materials induced to enter the vasculature to reach a specific site through a magnetic field in vitro, or thermo-sensitive materials that are released to the target site by the action of a heat source in vitro, or pH-responsive materials that release the drug in a specific pH microenvironment).

• Disease diagnosis and testing
Surface modification of nanomaterials with antibodies, probes or other biorecognition elements to obtain targeting of specific diagnostic and detection objects, increase medical diagnostic and detection sensitivity, specificity and detection rate, and promote early diagnosis, rapid diagnosis and timely detection of diseases. Common nanomaterials used for diagnostic testing include magnetic nanoparticles, quantum dots, gold nanoparticles and so on.
• Tissue Repair and Regeneration
Select biomaterials with good biocompatibility and excellent mechanical properties are prepared into fibrous membranes or gel stents, which are implanted into the defect site to promote the differentiation and proliferation of stem cells to specific tissue cells, promote angiogenesis, and accelerate tissue regeneration and repair.
